1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 93pak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses any service offered through the 93pak platform at https://93pak.org and its associated mobile interfaces.

93pak is operated under an international gaming license. The Platform provides online sports betting, live casino gaming, and slot products to eligible users in jurisdictions where it is lawful to do so. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 93pak with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 93pak. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Registration

By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 93pak employs robust age verification procedures and will request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after verification.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 93pak services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• Create a unique username and a strong password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to use online gambling services.
• Accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 93pak platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using third-party personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 93pak employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

93pak is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with its obligations under applicable international anti-money laundering and gaming compliance frameworks. You may be required at any point to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. 93pak will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 93pak account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 93pak strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, address, contact number, or payment method must be promptly reported to 93pak support. Accounts containing materially false or misleading information may be suspended at 93pak's discretion.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

93pak reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• The account is believed to be involved in fraudulent, collusive, or suspicious activity.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification.
• Required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their 93pak account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

93pak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals via the Jazz network.
• EasyPaisa — instant transfers for Telenor EasyPaisa account holders.
• HBL — direct bank transfers for Habib Bank Limited account holders.
• UBL — bank transfers via United Bank Limited.
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfers for SadaPay users.
• USDT TRC20 — cryptocurrency deposits via the TRON network, converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.

93pak does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or payments from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 93pak balance instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfers via HBL and UBL may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution's processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmation. 93pak is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your 93pak account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our support team.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

93pak reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at the Platform's sole discretion.

4.4 Currency

All balances, transactions, wagers, and winnings on the 93pak platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the rate applicable at the time the deposit is received and confirmed. Exchange rate fluctuations after the time of deposit are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 93pak are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the selection, odds, stake, and market — before confirming. 93pak will not accept claims for bet cancellation or amendment based on user error after confirmation.

5.2 Odds and Market Integrity

93pak publishes odds in decimal format across all sports markets, including cricket, football, and UFC. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. 93pak reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of odds manipulation, market error, or data feed corruption.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 93pak in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is met.
• The odds offered were the result of a manifest error or technical malfunction.
• The relevant market was suspended or closed at the time the bet was placed due to a system error.
• 93pak has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the relevant event.

Stakes for void bets are returned to the account holder's 93pak balance in full.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

93pak applies maximum winnings limits on a per-bet and per-event basis. These limits vary by sport, market type, and event significance. Maximum winnings caps are displayed within the relevant market and are subject to change. 93pak reserves the right to reduce the maximum payout on any market at its sole discretion prior to bet settlement.

6. Casino & Slots

The 93pak casino and slot products — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live, and Ezugi, as well as the full slots library — are governed by the rules of the individual games in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between an individual game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

All casino and slot games offered through 93pak use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are conducted by certified studio operators with independent oversight. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game providers and are independently audited. 93pak does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot spin — including network disconnection, server error, or game provider outage — 93pak will endeavour to restore play from the point of interruption where technically possible. Where this is not possible, 93pak may void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. 93pak is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 93pak are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each promotion. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates — take precedence over general bonus provisions in these Terms. Players are strongly advised to read the specific terms of each offer before claiming it.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 93pak account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be staked on eligible products before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on excluded markets or games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

93pak actively monitors bonus activity across all accounts. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms through matched or hedged betting strategies.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Systematically targeting low-risk markets exclusively to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 93pak reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 93pak platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be void and may be reclaimed from your balance.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on events in which you have privileged access to non-public information.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform to process proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Impersonating another person or submitting false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 93pak staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the 93pak system or infrastructure without authorisation.

93pak may refer evidence of prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable. Any winnings, bonuses, or balances associated with accounts engaged in prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 93pak platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 93pak or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 93pak platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 93pak.

The 93pak name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 93pak shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether or not 93pak had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss arising from technical failures, system downtime, data corruption, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond 93pak's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed suppliers.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 93pak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all other cases, 93pak's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted by users of the 93pak platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

93pak processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own independent commercial use.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of personal data held about you by 93pak. Your continued use of the 93pak platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures described in Section 3.3 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 93pak holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the 93pak platform, shall first be submitted to 93pak's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration institution in the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
